Planwest is the Contract City Planner for several municipalities.  Due to city size and budget constraints contract planners are frequently more cost effective than maintaining an in-house planning staff.  In addition, fluctuating workloads can result in the need for contract planning staff to assist with city and public agency backlog or special projects.  Contract planning clients’ benefit from Planwest’s diversified expertise and experience.
