Planwest fully supports clients in applying for plan, permit, and project approvals -- including coastal development permitting for projects in the coastal zone, and subdivisions of land and other real interests.  We advise clients on development issues, assist in demonstrating compliance with appropriate regulations, and guide private sector applicants through the entitlement process.  Planwest also assist with specialized and detailed applications, such as:
