Planwest provides professional advice on development issues, to help clients demonstrate compliance with appropriate regulations, and to guide private sector applicants through the entitlement process. We fully support clients in applying for plan, permit, and project approvals, including coastal development permitting for projects in the coastal zone, and subdivisions of land and other real interests. We are also assist with more specialized, and often more detailed, applications such as General Plan amendments, annexations, zone changes, planned development overlays, other overlays allowing flexible application of development standards, and services studies for proposed new development.
